Best bargain ball?

I don't really try different balls, figure at my skill level it probably won't matter too much so I try for quality cheapies. So take the above with a grain of salt :)

They aren't soft by any stretch but it's been really windy here recently & the greens are wet so Pro V's have just been spining too much. I shot 38 on the back 9 with 1 the day I got them. May have to give that Topflite a go soon though.
