Is this a good excuse to ho a new driver?

On my way home, I decided to stop off at my home course to hit my CT250 to get the nasty thoughts out of my head of ho'ing another club. Unfortunately, I wound up damaging it in the process. At the start of my downswing, the wind blew my ball off my tee (zero friction; hard enough to get the ball to stay on the tee with no outside interference). I saw it and for some reason couldn't stop my swing. Edit: Oh yeah, also got to hit the TEE CB2; NICE! I couldn't hit it off the deck worth a crap though.. not enough to justify the $349 pricetag anyway.
